in what locations do you work?

We are located in the California State Capital of Sacramento and have projects throughout California as well as further afield.

what size projects will you take on?

We have worked on projects as small as a single Bathroom or Nursery and as large as Ground Up New Build Homes. We concentrate on Residential Projects and Creatively Driven Boutique Commercial Projects. On occasion, we also provide Consulting Services by the hour with a 2 hour minimum.

We are always interested in your Design Project goals and will determine with you if we will make a good team.

how do you charge for your work?

Our design fees are dependent on the type of service we would provide.

When there is a clear scope of work, as is often the case with remodeling projects, we will provide an Agreement outlining the scope and provide a fee estimate based on estimated hours and a payment schedule based on completed project phases.

If the work is ongoing over a period of time and the scope less clear, we bill by the hour and require an initial retainer. Ongoing service hours are billed at our hourly rates on a regular basis, and the retainer is held toward the final time billing invoice.

Our current billing rates are $225/hour for Principal Designer and $175/hour for Associate Designers. (Rates are subject to change.)
